Convert Kindle to pdf for reading on Nook, Kobo, Sony Reader etc

It is clear that Amazon's kindle is leader in the world of ebooks. Kindle books support .azw, .prc, .mobi and .tpz formats. But other readers, like Nook, Kobo, Sony Readerall support pdf . So if you want to read kindle books on other readers, you should convert Kindle to pdf .

Here is the guide of how to convert kindle to PDF with Calibre's help. It's a freeware which can convert eBooks between commen formats.

Before the convertion, you may need Epubor Kindle DRM Removal to remove DRM from kindle books if the books are DRM protected.

Calibre supports the conversion of many input formats to many output formats. Following is the supported formats:
Input Formats: CBZ, CBR, CBC, CHM, EPUB, FB2, HTML, LIT, LRF, MOBI, ODT, PDB, PDF, PML, PRC, RB, RTF, TCR, TXT
Output Formats: EPUB, FB2, LIT, LRF, MOBI, OEB, PDB, PDF, PML, RB, RTF, TCR, TXT.

Download Calibre, you can choose the version to support your PC, support Windows, Mac os x, Linux.

Calibre is very easy to use.

step 1: click “Add books” button to add your UnDRM books, then the book is on center menu list. Select the book you want to convet on center menu list .

step 2: click "Convert books” button. A ebook converting window will pop.

step 3: Choose "PDF" as the output format, also, you can customize the cover images, Title, Authors and other metadata of your ebooks.

step 4: Click "OK", and start to convert Kindle book to PDF.

The whole converting progress is easy and fast. Then you can move your kindle books to other readers and read freely.
