When enjoying Dragon Well tea, it is advisable to use glasses, each glass is with 3g tea leaves and 200ml hot water at 80℃. You can smell the aroma, appreciate the color and taste it in about 3 to 5 minutes. The tea liquid is green, bright and clear, and as fragrant as orchid. It tastes savory and mellow, making the longjing tea famous for the “four uniqueness”, namely, the green color, the rich aroma, the mellow taste and the beautiful shape.

Dragon Well tea is characterized by its rich aroma and mellow taste, but not harsh, which is suitable for careful appreciation. It takes much effort to experience its aromatic features. Lu Cizhi, a tea drinker living in the Qing Dynasty, once praised that, “The authentic longjing tea is sweet and fragrant but not harsh. It tastes dull, similar to tasteless, but after a sup, you’ll feel there is fragrance lingering in your mouth. This is the true taste. The tea is very beneficial to people, because it can cure diseases, making it a rare treasure ”.Additionally, longjing tea can refresh the drinkers, help produce saliva and slake thirst, reduce the neutral fat and cholesterol in blood. It is also antioxidant, anti- sudden-variation and is able to control the platelet aggregation, antibiosis, anti-allergy and so on.
